- 1.Go to your child's computer.
- 2.Double-click the system tray icon.
Note: If you cannot see the Trend Micro Online Guardian icon, you may have to install the software on the computer. - 3. Click Synchronize Settings.
If you can synchronize the settings then Trend Micro Online Guardian is working on that computer.
